Terms & Conditions

  • The Promoter of this promotion is The International Poker Network.
  • The International Poker Network reserves the right to amend the tournament rules/prizes at any time.
  • The International Poker Network Tournament rules apply.
  • The International Poker Network will register the winners of the €820 seats to their preferred tournament within 48hours of player’s notice.
  • The ONLY qualifying tournament for the CPP Leaderboard promotion is stated below;
    • €5,000 Daily GTD - €27.50 buy-in running daily @ 18:30 GMT
    • Only points accumulated from the above mentioned tournament between 1st October to 14th October, AND 15th October to 28th October will count towards this promotion.
    • All partner / affiliate specific tournaments, freerolls and satellite tournaments are NOT eligible for point’s allocation in this promotion.
  • Multiple account use will result in disqualification and account closure.
  • The Top 50 players of each MTT Leaderboard Race will play in separate Multi Table tournaments on the 17th October & 31st October 2012 at 19:00 GMT; where the Top 5 players will be rewarded as per the prize structure above.
  • All points will be awarded according to the algorithm as outlined above under “POINTS SCORING in MTTs”.
  • Winners of any package are subject to The G2 Caribbean Poker Party Ts & Cs
  • Places are not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
  • Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, The International Poker Network will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
  • By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
  • There is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable. Should any player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them. The same applies to the CPP Online Finals.
  • Any players found to be “soft playing” or “team playing” in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
  • All points will be awarded according to the “Points Allocation” table.
  • All leaderboards will be updated daily and posted on a relevant website for customer viewing at the earliest opportunity each day.
  • Poker Managers reserve the right to adjudicate or amend any result as they see fit.
  • The International Poker Network reserve the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
  • Any abuse of the chat facility during the promotion will result in disqualification and account suspension.
  • The International Poker Network reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
  • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion will continue throughout the seven day period, though in cases of prolonged downtime The International Poker Network reserve the right to change dates or extend the promotion. The International Poker Network will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
  • The International Poker Network reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the The International Poker Network Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues The International Poker Network reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
  • No director, employee, consultant or agent of The International Poker Network or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

€10,000 Challenge

Terms & Conditions

  • The promoter of this promotion is The International Poker Network.
  • In order to qualify a player must make it to the final table in 2 or more tournaments.
  • The final table is when the tournament is down to 10 players (or less) for 10 seat tables.
  • The only tournaments eligible for this promotion are the “€10,000 CHALLENGE” tournaments that run on 14th, 21st & 28th October 2012 @ 18:00 GMT.
  • Eligible tournaments are subject to change.
  • The total prize money for this is promotion is €10,000.  Should more than one player final table the four tournaments, the €10,000 prize will be divided equally.
  • Players can play every tournament but Only Final table finishes of the same Sundays will count towards the €10,000 CHALLENGE.
  • Accounts and Tournaments will be ratified once the promotion is complete on the given Sunday.
  • Any bonus prizes will be paid within 72 hours of the last tournament held.
  • Players from the same household or IP location cannot use the same final tables for qualification.
  • Any player trying to enter a qualifying tournament with two accounts will be disqualified and the accounts will be suspended.
  • Any players found to be colluding or “soft playing” in order to enable a player to reach a final table in any of the above tournaments will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
  • All winning accounts/Final table finishers are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network T&Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotions.
  • Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to make the final table, soft playing or number of guaranteed final tables will result in disqualification and account suspension.
  • Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
  • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of The International Poker Network. The International Poker Network will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
  • The International Poker Network accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
  • The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts or disconnections as per the general rules of The International Poker Network Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues The International Poker Network reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
  • The International Poker Network reserves the right to amend the promotion rules at any time.
